You mean you still run Office locally on PC's?  All I had to do was push it out to my Terminal Server/Citrix Servers that have office for our organization and I was done... : D

Waiting for them to open the file and download the plugin just generates calls.
 
Right now I am using a Cmd file to run it quiet based on the existence of excelcnv.exe on the machine, which is working, but would be nice if it did not have to run on every machine every morning til they were all installed.
