[windows2000] Re: OU or ModProf

Maybe I'm just an idiot, but the docs in the modprof.zip don't help me at all.
I've read it over and over but no where does it tell me how to install it.
Sure I can customize it, I already have the outlook.prf file is exactly the way
I want it. Now if I could only get the thing to apply to users as the logon.
The doc is fine for customizing but not very good for installing.

I'm always seeing references to commercial products for this sort of
thing.

If you have a requirement that dictates some function or feature of the
commercial product, then all well and good.

But don't *just* do it, because you are struggling getting modprof to
work.

Really, nothing could be much simpler - I've been using this, and
previous built-in utilities for around 5 years for outlook profile
creation, and I know I'm not alone in this.

By all means, if a commercial product is required, but just because
modprof seems to need a little effort, hardly seems valid grounds.
