However, TS is not really necessary, as a regular
win2k/xp-installation has the "logon-hours" and "forcibly
disconnect" policies available.

But discipline would really be the best cost-effective solution...

Message It's an old technology called a PARENT using DISCIPLINE. 
It is a forgotten technology, but when used properly works great. 
By the way it can also be used on the TV and Video games.

Well, if she got a server, set up terminal services, and then gave
them each their own unique logins, she could then set specific
login hours, and set it to forcibly disconnect them then their
login hours expire...    :-)
