[windows2000] OT: My scheduled jobs don't seem to be starting on my XP machine

I've got Windows XP Pro on my machine at home, and it has Norton Anti-Virus
(NAV) installed on it and scheduled to run weekly. However, I find that I
have to manually start the job running.
Why is that?
