Did you try to place the video card in more than one slot? Some cards
have shorter "fingers" and may not seat correctly. 
Also, does your MB make any beeping sounds during the power up, and if
so how many beeps, the MB manufacturer may have on-line what their
definition is,

I've tried two power supplies so far. Would buying another one make a
difference? :-(

Video didn't show even without the HD's hooked up.  Two different CPU's
(on the new MB)
