[windows2000] NLB and VMware

Hi List,
Has anyone a running VMWare environment where Windows 2000 AS (or better
Windows Enterprise server 2003) is configurered with Network Load
Balancing in a minimal 2 Nodes environment.
Should it be possible ? I get after configuring NLB IP adres conflicts..
NIC are in bridged mode.
