Another thought!
Take one of your spare computers, spare ip, and Install RedHat- SendMail -
add accounts.
Sure the setup/installation might be a drag, but once setup - it pretty much
runs itself, and
you don't have to pay the hefty fees$. Plus - it integrates with W2K very
well.
