[windows2000] Re: MSI Installer Error

I am not sure how you managed to cause the problem.  I have seen this with
Project2000 on Server2003.  If you create UserData as an empty string, the
problem goes away.  Unfortunately that is a HKCU key, so per user!

If Project, you may also have an issue with "HKCU/Software/ODBC/ODBC.INI/MS
Access Database", however this may be a 2003 issue only.  If it happens,
just create that as a key (unless you use the feature).
