Hi list,

I added in 80 GB drive to my computer and when I opened up the MMC and
went to the disk management portion, I got a "initialize disk" wizard
that I don't typically see. I was curious about it, so I let the wizard
do what it wanted to do and went through with the defaults. My new
drive is now a dynamic disk. I never paid attention to any of the
dynamic disk discussion, so I don't know what that means. What does it
mean and should it matter to me? This is my computer at home. My
intentions with this drive are to schedule jobs with ntbackup on my home
server to backup all my data to this new drive in my computer.

Thanks,

Ray at home
