In light of the fact that Secure Remote is an IPSec VPN client - are you saying that you are trying to establish two separate sessions using IPSec? If so, yes, they will conflict, but if not, then there probably shouldn't be a problem. If you need two separate secured connections, can I suggest you take a look at OpenVPN as an alternative secured channel to prevent IKE conflict issues.Does anyone use the Check Point VPN-1 SecureClient to get to their remote servers AND also use IPSEC with Certificates ? Basically I use RDP over IPSec (certificate) to administer my remote servers. When I'm in the office I can connect fine but when I'm at home I use Secure Client to tunnel to then . I can see the IKE connection being setup but RDP never connects. I suspect that secure remote conflicts with IPSec but I can't find any info on "No -this doesn't work" .... Unlikely but anyone got any ideas ?
As with all things like this, I can only recommend you contact Checkpoint or your VPN administrator who should be able to advise you further.
