I had a similar problem. ADP software had an old version of PC anywhere built 
in. It was hard to track it down. Good luck,JD

Sounds to me like it's something to do with your build process then. 
Try taking one of the machines having problems and install windows only. 
  (no patches or software) Then test it extensively to see if it breaks. 
  If it doesn't then you can slowly add things like patches and software 
until it does, and then you'll know what the problem is.
