making a playlist

Hi! I am interested in making a playlist at some point because I am
interested in doing broadcasting on the Internet. Is there a way to
accomplish this task so I don't have to alt tab back & forth within the
folders and the Winamp window? I have used the enquing within Winamp feature
and Everytime I do that, it plays the first few songs but then won't add the
song to the songs that have already played.
