Hello friends: I would like some info to this question. A friend from blind
gadgets would like to know if you can create a website containing mp3s
here's his question!
hello, i want to create an audio section on my web site.I would like
to know what sort of specification i should use,when recording or
converting, in order to have a good compromise between quality and
downloading time. Is 14kbyte/sec Ok? what is the maximun lenght for a
track? The track will contain text and very little sound.
