converting .flak and .shn

Hey all,
I've downloaded a number of audio files with .shn and .flak extensions. They
sound great, but now I want to burn some cd's. I've discovered that my version
of winamp (5.03) doesn't seem to support any such conversion. If I am wrong,
how might I convert these files to mp3 using Winamp? If I'm right, what
program would you knowledgeable folks recommend to accomplish this?
