Hi Marty. Ok, just  lose the line recording plugin, you don't need it 
man.  Also like i said, there's no need to make the Shoutcast 
plugin  second command in the SQR crossfader. I'm telling ya, you can 
absolutely do it the way you want with the configuration I gave ya a few 
days ago.  Just  make sure that your volume for your mic is turned up.   If 
this still doesn't work, why not try out the Sam Encoders from Spacial 
audio?  With the demo you are limited to 4 hours of continuous use, but you 
aren't required to change any volume settings or anything.  Listen to my 
main menu review of it in the archives and you'll get a feel for it there.
Also, when you set it up, make sure your sound card is selected rather than 
the audio pipeline. If audio pipeline is selected, it's like having the 
advanced controls turned off in shoutcast. In other words, allpeople are 
gonna hear is music because it's not seing your sound card where everything 
is coming from.
