Find out what version he has, then have him completely uninstall and remove the
folder. Then have your friend reinstall it and see if that works. Or, before
you do something drastic like that, find out if he is running plug ins that
have had a major update. If so, He will have to get those plug ins updated if
they are accessible with a screen reader.

Hello listers. I know a friend who has this problem. His winamp
locks up when he tries to play music with it. Is there another thing
you can do instead of doing an uninstall or reinstall Thanks any
help will do! I don't know what version of winamp he has.
