I Haven't ever done what you are talking about and I only have a rudimentary familiarity with bookmarks, so, how does one do this, with Windows XP Home, running JAWS 10.0154u? I always keep a copy of the winamp.bm file in the My Documents folder at all times which I update every week even if I don't think I've added any bookmarks. Then have your friend reinstall it and see if that works. Or, before you do something drastic like that, find out if he is running plug ins that have had a major update. If so, He will have to get those plug ins updated if they are accessible with a screen reader. ----- Original Message ----- From: arlene To: winamp4theblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, September 10, 2009 9:16 PM Subject: Winamp locking up Hello listers.
