hi can someone help me, i have just installed the octimax 5.1 that i was sent but now i cant anything audio wen i go to play stuff in winamp. from stewart. also djdave, if u want i can send u a preset for sound solution that u can load ant try for yourself.

Basically, the correct path is: c:\program files\Winamp\pluginsand the next step after that is to launch Winamp, go into the preferences, go to dsp/effect, and configure it from there. I don't know what kind of music you'll be playing on your station, but I have all 3 sets of radio buttons at their maximum, so I would just do a little experimentation and see how each combination sounds.That way, you'll know what's best for your particular station and the kind of stuff you play.
