Lynn,
Like any other plugin, you'd extract it to the plugins folder of
whatever winamp you're wanting to install it in. For example, in my
case, I actually broadcast with two winamps, one for broadcasting
that has all my dsp plugins set up in it, and a second to play my
tracks. However if you're using just one winamp, the path would be
c:\program files\winamp\plugins. Hope this helps. If you need any

plugin. Two things. What is the path that I need to extract the
file to? And, once the file is extracted, then does it need to be
installed or is the next step configuring it?
