I don't think it's a windows thing. if it was, he'd be getting error messages no matter what program he used. Wayne, what i would do is make sure Winamp is closed, and then go into your c:\program files\winamp folder, and delete your winamp.ini file. then restart Winamp. it'll act as if it's a brand new install, but that refreshes things. Then see if switching tracks with the letter b gives you the same error message. If I let the track play all the way through it would advance on its own to the next track, but if I tried to manually advance it with B, I got the error message. Any ideas?
