I've seen this term "keep winamp on top" but could you explain what this means?
Curious to know. I know it is a common term but don't understand it.

on top. I accidentally keyed in the key combo control key plus (a) and
turned this option off. I would think re keying in the combo would toggle this
option on but it does not, so I was wondering is there any other way to toggle
