Always on top problem

Greetings All! I am having a problem with the toggle to keep winamp always on
top. I accidentally keyed in the key combo control key plus (a) and turned
this option off. I would think re keying in the combo would toggle this option
on but it does not, so I was wondering is there any other way to toggle this
option to keep winamp on top back to on? Thanks for any and all suggestions.
