Good morning Board.
I just wanted to send out some information about some required bank
account activity.
The cooking event scheduled for tomorrow is estimated to bring in
$142. We have a sponsor for almost all of the pizza ingredients, and
there is a need for additional supplies. I suggested WECA cover a
budget of $42 for this event, hoping to net at least $100 (prior to
gas, water, and electric usage costs).
The easiest way to do this is to make purchases for the required
supplies from the bank debit card. I will transfer $50 from the cash
account to the capital account this morning so we have enough funds in
the account to cover the purchases.
Current account balances (no transfer completed yet)
Cash: $644.99
Capital: $13.84
Doing the purchases through the debit card will give us the additional
benefit of meeting the minimum of 3 debit card purchases per month.
