I propose we begin the conversation in this email thread. That way we
can be ahead of the game by the time we meet again for our meeting on
Monday night.
I’ll start by asking a question:
What comments do you have in regards to the general structure of the
Bylaws. (By this, I mean, the topics, subtopics…are key
topics/sections missing…we can talk about the detailed content after
we solidify the topics/subtopics the ) There are many ways to
structure Bylaws, so there is no one answer…it comes down to what we
feel will work best for our organization.
