Ok, so since we had said for new members, then we do not have to
change anything, and new members signing up in October will have a 25%
reduction in the dues. Existing members will have no reduction based
upon when they re-up.
Yes, fantastic, please get those email out as you can. Keep in mind
there are 4 or so members already paid up.

Your yearly membership is due for renewal. Below is the current information
we have on file for you and/or your family.

In order to streamline the process this year, we are not requiring our
members to fill out new membership forms. We are asking that you reply to
this email to confirm our information is correct and that you would like to
renew your membership. We are then asking that you drop your check off in
the mailbox of our Treasurer, Jackie Zymroz, at 139 Rebel Hill Road, and
then send her an email @ jmr732@xxxxxxxxx to notify her of your payment.
You will receive a confirmation email with additional member documentation
once your check is received.
If for some reason you do not wish to renew your membership please reply
and let us know that as well.

I bring this up because I am thinking we should start the discount in
November, instead of October.

2. Barbara was trying to help me yesterday when she mentioned an email
with the membership renewal package, but I thought she was referring to a
mailing to the community at large. We definitely do want to send an email
to the membership with the renewal documents Mandee handed out yesterday
evening. Mandee, I believe we had the body of the email already written,
right? If so, would you please put together a draft in the
WestEndCivicAssoc account, complete with the documents attached. All of
the
documents should be PDF format.
