[webproducers] psh 7.0 on W2K problem ..

My Photoshop 7.0 on Windows 2000 stopped working.
On start up it's going about half of the starting process and quietly
disappear (or quits). Tried to reinstall few times - didn't help. Never
had such thing, photoshop usually is very robust application.
Has anyone experienced and know how to solve, where to look to solve
this problem?
