Are you looking for rates agency's charge their clients or rates freelancers
charge to agency's or others hiring them.
In either case it has been my experience that the rates vary widely and
wildly depending on experience, geographic location, and client. In terms
of location, WPO members in Yugoslavaia are surely charging different rates
than those in England, Austra
lia, USA, Japan etc. and of course there is likely a range within those
countries.
