consider installing project server and using MS project resource pools, it integrates with share point and lets you also integrate task management etc so you get more bang for your buck. timsheets are part of it too to track actuals to budgets. the other option is you could just create a resource pool using MS project and run it off a local server, it is manual but for 30 people it is pretty simple to manage.
