How about a Redmine instance. Turnkey and Bitnami offer pre-built
virtualized versions, you can have them up and running in no time.

Subject: [webproducers] Resource Planning Tools

I'm looking for recommendations for the best resource planning tool
available for web dev teams of 15-30 people that use SharePoint as their
current file sharing tool.  The ideal solution would be something that would
integrate well with existing systems, but I'm also open to other non-MS
web-based solutions.

Some of the things that I'll need this solution or group of solutions to do
are:

1. Calendar for Resource Scheduling
2. Some kind of High-Level Project Status Dashboard
3. Progress Reporting Tool (ideally with internal and external versions)
that tracks risks and issues for each project

Thanks in advance for any input anyone has.

Matt
