Nico's answers, whose input I think is relevant for the stated objective.
I started an etherpad to take the meeting's notes

organization notes where you're already invited to collaborate. We will
anyway go over that at the beginning of the meeting.
I also added a *who we are* section that will be useful (i.e. to share with
newcomers) if each fills it with its own description, as well as a *where
we are* section where you can write down information worth to share, so we
all get on the same page.
Consider that making previous notes improves the meeting:
- each one is more focused and prepared
- what is said can also be read, adding clarity and avoiding miss or
lack of understanding
- improves the quality of the notes that we leave as output
*Where to meet:* anyone against using Mumble <https://www.mumble.com/>? I
find it a very good tool once everyone has configured their push-to-talk
button. If you still doesn't have it, please follow this step by step

<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-AM5FFQjNQ> tutorials, and let me know if
you need further help. I suggest we all to* be online at least 5' the
scheduled time*.

Hi all,
I think it would be very good if we could schedule a group call in order
to help the newer folks like Amanda and Emil get on board and better
understand what needs to be done and how the whole project should move
forward.
