The WaveRT vs WaveCyclic thing is irrelevant without hardware.
Not true. It allows for better "virtual cable" performance, i.e. lower latency.

I agree fully on the obnoxious complexity of the latest SYSVAD example. It is
really ridiculous. I've asked about a minimalistic example before, but to no
avail.
