[wdmaudiodev] touch screen and PS2 keyboard

Hello All!
I am building touch screen station based on PC running Windows 7 32-bit version.
I am experiencing strange behavior: touch screen becomes frozen randomly in a
period of week. Touch controller works (this is 60020 with LED indicating
touch).
If I leave PS2 keyboard attached, system will work OK (no key ever touched).
Is this something known for Windows 7?
