[wdmaudiodev] Re: USB default audio

This registry directive is indeed supported on Windows XP. Setting it to
1 essentially asks Windows to try to make the new device the preferred
audio device. However, setting it to 0 (as you are below) has no effect;
it does NOT tell Windows to avoid making it the preferred device. It is
the same as not having this directive at all.

My device uses the USB to interface with the computer but It does not
support the USB audio class standard and therefore does not use
usbaudio.sys.
The driver is a stream class miniport that exposes 2 channels of input
and 2 channels of output.
