[wdmaudiodev] Re: USB default audio

There is no way to explicitly tell Windows to not make your device be
the preferred device.  In other words, your INF can say "Please TRY to
make my device preferred" (by setting SetupPreferredAudioDevices=3D1 via
the INF registry directive) but there is no way to say "Please do NOT
make my device preferred".
