Hi,

I am trying a workaround which might provoke laughter
from the audience (maybe someone could give a hint if
it's crap what I am doing) but I do something dirty:

I extend my DEVOBJ_EXTENSION and

        ntStatus = MiniportCreate
((PUNKNOWN*)&miniport, MiniportClassId,
                                   (PUNKNOWN)
pMyExtensionData, NonPagedPool);

and pretend that is is an don't know Interface.
Afterwards I read it from the extension.

I am not sure yet if this is "working" but I assumed
it as "save" since I am the only one using it (or
mis-using it *g*)
