[wdmaudiodev] That Pesky PDO (Or: Re: PcAddAdapterDevice & Device Extensions)

Does anyone be willing to share a reasonable workaround for the "don't have my PDO" problem? At this point I'm doing things to my FDO that I'm not particularly proud of. :>
