Michael Muehlbauer & Alkebu-Lan Marcus, orchard directors at the Philadelphia
Orchard Project <https://www.phillyorchards.org/>, work with community-based
groups and volunteers to plan and plant orchards filled with useful and edible
plants in formerly vacant lots, community gardens, schoolyards, and other
spaces, primarily in low-wealth neighborhoods where people have limited access
to fresh fruit.
