Jessica we have power here on Old Winchester Rd. Also- I felt like that line
was in the road (on the corner of Robbins and 78) so I called the highway
department. You can get around it fine but if you're not careful it's hard to
see at first.

and most broadband customers from 134 Richmond Rd and north are down.
I reported downed wires at intersection of Robbins and Winchester Rd to
phone company.
