Jessica we have power here on Old Winchester Rd. Also- I felt like that line
was in the road (on the corner of Robbins and 78) so I called the highway
department. You can get around it fine but if you're not careful it's hard to
see at first.

Broadband monitoring reports Richmond Road is experiencing a power outage and
most broadband customers from 134 Richmond Rd and north are down.
I reported downed wires at intersection of Robbins and Winchester Rd to phone
company.
