Hi Tim, i think i have good news for you. There’s in fact an app called Team 
viewer in which you can log into and see other peoples computers in order to 
help them with problems they have. I’m not sure where you can get it, but as i 
wrote this i remember i actually have a copy of said application. Give me a 
hoot and i could put it in my drop box and send you a link to it. Beware though 
that i haven’t used it myself but other blind folks say it’s accessible.
