Hi All,

If you can help please contact Dónal below
(donal.fitzpatrick@xxxxxx<mailto:donal.fitzpatrick@xxxxxx>). I am just passing
this along because we can use all the research on teaching math that we can get.

Hi there,

I wonder if I could prevail on you for some help.  I am in the process of
putting in a proposal to the EU to do research concerning increasing the
accessibility of mathematics for blind students.  I need to chat with teachers
who are involved in educating blind children in mainstream settings.  I'm
interested in talking to primary and second-level teachers.  I am interested in
how they are teaching mathematics to the children; what ICT (if any) is being
used, and what other techniques they have found useful.

If you could pass the word, and ask any teachers with whom you are acquainted
to make contact, I'd be most grateful.  Email to this address is by far the
best way to get in touch.  Many thanks for any help, and a very happy Christmas
to you.

Kind regards,

Dónal
