I've never seen an American vendor that can beat the RNIB price

The price in GBP(pounds), and USA orders cannot be done online. You can
either call or send an email with payment information. Just Friday, I was
told it would be 12.50GBP (about$20) for shipping.
With today's conversion rate (1 GBP = $1.61) a PenFriend with shipping would
be about $117.

I have a consumer who has no funding and is in need of a Pen Friend. She
wants to purchase one. Since she is on a very limited budget, I am trying to
