Maybe I did something special but I got python 2.6.3 and pygame 1.9.1 dmg installers, the PIL installer, and did the rest through setuptools (pyopengl, numpy, aggdraw, visionegg) with no hitches whatsoever. pygame doesn't install with setuptools for me.
