Hi Floyd. It's possible I've seen this before, but it can't have been that
often that I remember. The trouble with the Arranger is that it depends on some
very specific things, which isn't ideal. Anyway, some things to look at are:
1, If it locks up, if you then use the jaws cursor to review the screen, can
you see more than 1 track visible?
2, Make sure no other window is in the foreground by looking in the running
windows list, jaws key F10.
3, If you pass the key through with jaws key and 3 on the numbers row, and then
press down arrow, is the next track reported when pressing jaws key down arrow?
Let me know what the answers are to the above and that may help. This is
probably something to do with zooming, but it's hard to know for sure. When it
locks up again, save that project out with another name and send me it, and
I'll take a look to see if it shows the same behaviour here.
I know it's an obvious question, but is there any consistency in what you've
previously done prior to this happening?, like is it when you've got 2 projects
open for example?
The only other option is to drop me a line when this problem is present so I
can deal with it in the moment. HTH.
Best Steve.

Subject: [vipaudioaccess] track navigation locks up
Hi guys,
This has happened at least half a dozen times to me and am wondering if anyone
else has had this happen and how you resolve it.
Working always in an audio project, when I attempt to use up/down arrows to
move to another track, the cursor sticks on the track I'm on.
I can usually move to the top/bottom with control plus up/down and control
plus shift plus up/down will move but then sticks wherever it lands.
I am able to tab and shift tab through columns and bring up the effects routing
window no problem.
And the transport functions work fine.
I try refreshing. No luck. I get out of Samplitude and restart.
Problem is still there.
* There's another key combination that works instead of refresh. I can't find
it. I thought it was control plus p. That didn't work.
Does anyone remember what that is?
Also, on at least one track, when I pressed g to try and go to effects, it told
me that was unavailable because it was a tempo track.
Nothing should have been a tempo track. If I somehow caused this with a
keystroke, how do I get rid of that and go back to audio track?
I've been able to get rid of this issue only after restarting Samplitude a
number of times. Not sure about rebooting.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Floyd...
