Bloody no! Nothing nearly as complex as a Kontakt library! LOL. Just a
very simple thing. Zero-G has these once-in-a-while sales where you
can get some neato sample libraries for cheapcheap, I have several of
them, and would like to do a few things with them in Samplitude
similar to what I did with them in Sonar, which is mostly just to
trigger them when I press a key, no latching, nothing fancy, but if
those fancy things existed, I'd definitely find a use for them, too.

Not sure how complex a task you are wanting to do, I've created a few
keymap libraries of SFX in a program called SFZ Maker (I think) so it's
good for loading those types of oneshots.
You might however be planning a Kontakt library rival which I don't
think it's up to!
