This is a great option for you, I think you can generate a metronome track from
one of the menus, perhaps the tempo menu?

I have created a metronome wave file, added an extra track to the project for
the metronome file.
Route the additional track output to the desired interface physical output or
headphone output.
There may be a better way internally in Sam but this system works pretty well
and lets you adjust EQ and add a little reverb to the metronome.

Hi, so is their any way we can rout the metronome to output through the
headphones port on our audio interface but not run through the mains? Trying
to loop live in Samplitude but can't do that with a metronome playing as
well. As a side note does anyone here use MainStage with Mac? Is their an
