Hi Goran!

No, I don't have this experience. I started working with the 22MTK mixer three years ago and there was no problem with the USB device. There are no problems with a bleep sound and so on.
The main problem could be that your mixer or the included interface are not working correctly. I have installed the latest Win 10 version 20H2 and the latest Soundcraft driver version v3.20. I can't re-produce your problem.

Patrick

Hi all, Goran here.

Sorry for the off topic

Are there any  users of Soundcraft Signature MTK22 or MTK12 mixer ,
encountering this USB ISSUE?

Have been on Soundcraft website, lots of people complaining  bout bad
customer service , & no relevant driver updates.

here is  my win 10 info:

OS Name    Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version    10.0.19041 Build 19041

Here's what's happening.:

All of a sudden USB started to sound like it plugs in then out,
constantly, that famous blip sound , low high/high low.

loaded latest  driver v. 3.20 into Soundcraft MTK22. same happens.
Tested different cables, no change. So in other words, the USB function
is NOT working.

Don't know if windows updated itself, causing this ?

Anyone experienced this, and able to fix it?

Help highly appreciated.

Regards

Goran
