Someone in Europe will know the answer to this one. I called the
number at the bottom of the "Contact us" page just now and asked for
the phone number for their tecnical support department. The person
gave me this number, just in this format:
49 900 977 111 5
I dialed it, including the prefix required to make international calls
from the U.S., and the call does not go through. Am I missing a
dialing code somewhere in that string? Could anyone else try the
number from the Web page, which is:
49 (0) 30 29392-180 (that's how it's written)
and see if there's something I'm missing? I don't think you need the
0. When I first tried it, I got a local dialing message that said the
number was invalid or some such thing, so I took out the 0 and the
call went through.

Never does one feel so incompetent when everybody else can do what one
is failing at. Oy! Yesterday it was running a program; today it's
dialing a telephone number. What will be thing #3?
