Hi Philip,

Yes, Jaws can read PDF files but you need to have the accessible version of the Adobi reader installed on the computer that you are reading the documents on. This would be typically come down from the adobi web site as a full version and have special accessibility features built int it. It is a free download. If you don't have this version already installed on the computer and yet you have some version of the adobi reader then it is necessary to uninstall it and replace with the full adobi reader.
