Thanks for your reply. When you say to set the pop to my existing e-mail provider what do I type in this box? I put in www.eircom.net but no luck.

Hi Nial,
You set the pop to your existing email provider.
Set smtp to mail.vodafone.ie
That should do it.

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone on the list can help me. I recently bought an
iphone 4 and I am trying to set it up to send and receive e-mails. I have it 
set up to receive e-mails but I cannot send them. My network provider is
vodafone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
